"Sama-Sama Tayo Pilipino," the tagline of Manila Broadcasting Company(MBC), will be the central theme of its trade event tomorrow, Feb. 6, at the Aliw Theater, CCP Complex, Pasay City.
Leading up to this much-anticipated trade event, employees of the media giant shared their thoughts on the network's tagline.
"'Sama Sama Tayo Pilipino' shows the thrust of the MBC management, especially through Operation Tulong, to the help the less privileged and the less fortunate," said Elpidio "Deo" Macalma, Vice President for DZRH, the flagship AM news station of MBC.
"Also, in my career, management gave me support and opportunities for career advancement," Macalma added.
Similarly, for Christian Dela Cruz, Chief Digital Officer of MBC,"'Sama-sama tayo, Pilipino is a pledge that our company will put our audiences first in all platforms, be it on-air, on television, or on digital."
"In a decade working here, I've seen how management, employees, and talents put in 100 percent effort in serving our audiences," Dela Cruz added.
According to Rita Salonga, Production Head of DZRHTV," the tagline fits with our history as the longest-running radio station in the country."
"We have been with Filipino audiences through both the triumphs and tragedies that marked Philippine history," Salonga explained.
